REFUND POLICY

CONSUMER RIGHT OF RETURN AND REFUND

This clause only applies if you are a consumer.

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel an order/contract during the period set out below. This means that during the relevant period, if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the order/contract and receive a refund. Advice about your legal right to cancel an order/contract is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

However, this cancellation right does not apply in the case of any made-to-measure or custom-made products or products made to your specification or clearly personalised.

Proof of purchase will be required for all refunds. Goods returned with a gift receipt can be exchanged for goods or a credit note. Refunds cannot be given with a gift receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.

RETURNS

All goods supplied by Ross County Football Club are from official sources and are covered by the normal manufacturer's warranty. If an exchange or refund is required, then the items should be returned to us in their original condition and packaging within 28 days of your purchase. Online refunds can be processed online after filling in an online order refund request within the 28-day return period.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept a returned item that has been personalised unless it is a fault of the manufacturer. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We have the right to refuse the return of items that are deemed not to meet a sellable condition or is after the 28-day return period.

BEFORE returning any items. Return of items will be at your own cost and risk. We recommend you use a tracking service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. All refunds will be for merchandise only, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.

Online orders can be returned in person but please note that the refund shall be processed via the online shop and not given in cash, card or vouchers in person. Please allow up to 14 working days from the point of refund for it to show back onto your payment method.

SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY

We will deliver goods ordered by you as soon as possible to the address you give us for delivery. Under normal circumstances, all orders shall be dispatched as soon as possible but please allow up to 3 working days from the point the order has been processed for the shipping to be confirmed, any order placed after 3.00pm on Friday shall be shipped on the following Monday, please note we do not ship orders at the weekend. Local and national bank holidays may also affect shipping times.

If upon receipt of your order the package or product does not appear to be in good condition then please return the order to Ross County Football Club, Global Energy Stadium, Dingwall, Scotland, IV15 9QZ.

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us within 28 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.

IMPORT DUTY

Goods dispatched to other countries outside of the UK may be liable to Import Duty, Tax or VAT. When ordering from us you agree to pay any such Duties which may be imposed by your country's government.

If you refuse to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product/s and any Import Duty / Tax / VAT or penalty imposed by your government.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

Please note that any products returned to us which you claim to be defective will be checked and verified by our staff. Any returned products that are not found to be defective will be returned to you and we shall charge you for the returned transport costs via your original payment method or hold the product until full payment has been received by us for the return transport costs.

Terms & Conditions

Goods and services advertised on this website are an invitation to treat and not an offer to sell. An offer to buy the products is made when an order is placed and no contract shall be made with us until the offer is accepted.

All products are subject to availability, full payment including any shipping costs is charged at the point that the order is accepted. If we are unable to supply any of the requested products or the customer cancels the order or part order, then a full or part refund shall be made to the original payment card used.

Prices and product information shown are as accurate as possible at the time of purchase; any discrepancy shall be communicated before an order is accepted if an amendment is needed. Prices are subject to change at any time, this does not affect orders that have been accepted and dispatched, if there is a price change after an order is placed no part refund shall be processed. If delivery is requested at the point of checkout a delivery charge shall be added to the total price.

Payment

Payment can be made with valid a debit or credit card and must be made in full at the point of order. Part payment is not accepted. By using a debit or credit card for payment you the customer are confirming that you are authorised to do so. Your card issuer may require additional checks to be carried out before payment can be processed; we accept no liability for late orders due to card verification. Declined orders must be investigated with your card issuer in the first instance. Payment is charged at the point of checkout after the customer has confirmed and accepted the order.

Personalisation

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that details for personalised goods are correct at the time of order. Ross County Football Club is not liable for incorrect personalised orders placed this includes the incorrect size being ordered and a refund or exchange may not be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse personalisation on any goods that we feel are offensive or may bring Ross County Football Club into disrepute.

Promotions

Ross County Football Club shall run several sales or promotions throughout the years, we reserve the right to stop, amend or suspend these at any time without any notification. Please note items bought during any sale or promotion period shall only be refunded at the purchased sale price. Any items returned during a sale or promotion period that do not include the correct return form shall only be refunded at the current RRP. Any multi buy product returned shall be processed at the individual product sale price and not the full offer price – e.g. one item bought on a 2 for £20.00 promotion shall be refunded at the price of £10.00.

Miscellaneous

Sizes stated in the size guide are the manufacture’s specifications. Colours and details are as accurate as the photography allows, any change in product design shall be communicated.
